  3. Preparation: the client gathers and shares data for the agreed scope following our templates. We review the data quality.

  4. Optimization: we execute the optimization in our "Supply Chain Optimizer" app (link). The results will be shared within a workshop in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for immediate use.

  5. Scale: (optional) sustain the optimal configuration in a productive solution (e.g., SAP S/4, SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, o9...).
